Located at 4525 Highway 7 in Minnetonka, the building underwent a complete remodel designed to improve both functionality and long-term sustainability. As part of the redevelopment process, Lake West successfully rezoned the property to allow retail uses on the first floor and secured the ability to display signage facing Highway 7, enhancing visibility and creating additional opportunities for tenants.
The renovation also incorporated a variety of energy-efficient improvements, including the installation of rooftop solar panels and low-E lighting throughout both the interior and exterior of the building. These upgrades reduced energy consumption while modernizing the property for current and future occupants.
